Hey there, my name is Abraham Weisleder.

I help investors maximize returns from their early-stage portfolio companies, by working side-by-side with those companies as their strategy consultant.

I have been a consultant since 2011, first as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company driving transformational programs for Fortune 500 companies, and later as an Operating Partner for PAM (Vinik Family Office), helping portfolio companies identify their value-maximizing path.

Prior to being a consultant, I was an entrepreneur, and made ALL the typical mistakes: high burn, product overconfidence, poor hires, ineffective marketing... I nearly had to shut down during year one. However, through painful yet creative corrections, we turned our fate around, and the company is still standing strong today. As a former CEO myself, I know how difficult it is to make a venture succeed, and how dire the need for thought partnership really is.

My background has allowed me to see companies from many different angles. From the outside as consultant, from the driving seat as the CEO, from the funding side as an angel investor, and from the exit side as an investment banker.  So, when I engage with a company, what I bring to the table is a fresh perspective, one that is shaped by broad experience, data-driven analysis, structured problem solving and clarity in communications.

I help early-stage companies figure out the right path forward when it seems murkiest. And in doing so, I help investors maximize returns.
